THE BEST ALTERNATIVE TO A FULL DENTURE
Requires no more messy adhesives that limit your ability to chew properly. This is the most economical way to anchor your new teeth for comfort.
4 to 6 mini implants are placed determined by bone volune and quantity. The new denture is attached and you chew, speak, and laugh immediately.
This is often done as “TEETH IN ABOUT AND HOUR”! If teeth must be removed and implants placed, it may take a bit longer and a few more appointments. Healing can be enhanced and accelerated by using your own STEM CELLS for gum and bone grafting. The tiny keepers in the snaps must be changed at least once every six months.
You must be seen regularly to monitor your bone, gum health and implant stability. The denture must be removed and cleaned daily, and the gums must be brushed daily as well.
REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTURE
Most partial dentures are not used because they “flip up”, the wires weaken and or rock the anchor teeth loose.
We show here one side that has been anchored with mini implants.
Usually two mini implants are placed per side, a metal framework is constructed to bear the chewing forces.
The acrylic teeth and snaps are added, creating a very solid bite maximizing your own teeth.
Procedure time is similar to over denture.

This is the closest dentistry has come to replace what was lost, and involves placing between 6 to 12 implants, determined by quantity and quality of bane.
“FIXED on SIX” is the mini implant version of “ALL ON FOUR”.
First stage is similar to the most affordable acrylic denture. Once all the implants are integrated, the esthetic speech and
function concerns are met. In two to three months the final restoration is designed and milled from a solid block of Zirconia and porcelain.
Once inserted by your care provider, you MAY NOT remove it. Only that provider is responsible for its quarterly retrievals to ensure cleanliness of the gum, integrity of the bone and implants and to change out the keepers in the snaps. You must clean daily with brush and Waterpik to avoid bacterial buildup.
